My Name is mike woodin
My name is Mike Woodin and I’m running for the Pennsylvania Senate representing the 9th district, which comprises parts of Chester County and Delaware County.
I live in London Britain Township with my wife Laura (my college sweetheart!), three kids, two rescue pups, one cat, one fish and a hamster named Clark.
When I turned 40 last May, I didn’t envision that I would run for State Senate, but frankly I’m disappointed with politicians scoring partisan points instead of solving problems.
So i’m trying to change things
I’m ready to use my experience as a business and community leader to go to Harrisburg and get things done for you.

Experience needed for our District
I was elected to the Avon Grove School District Board of Directors in 2021 and received the most votes of the four candidates in my region and since that time, I have successfully advocated for increased safety and security, more mental health resources, better communication with constituents and improved fiscal transparency.
In my spare time, I’m coaching my daughters’ basketball and Little League teams or enjoying the trails of local state parks with my family.
